Our 2026 Project: New York / Washington / Savannah

In 2026, MON DEVOIR DE MÉMOIRE will undertake a remarkable remembrance journey connecting New York, Washington, and Savannah, to honor the American soldiers who fell during the liberation of Belgium and Europe.

En 2026, MON DEVOIR DE MÉMOIRE entreprendra un parcours mémoriel exceptionnel reliant New York, Washington et Savannah, afin d’honorer les soldats américains tombés pour la libération de la Belgique et de l’Europe.

 Opération Overlord Return 4th July  Washington 

L'opération "overlord return" consistait à retourner aux USA avec le char du Major Tucker et 18 autres véhicules afin de remercier les vétérants venus nous libérer en 1944. 

Operation Overlord Return consisted of returning to the USA with Major Tucker's tank and 18 other vehicles to thank the veterans who came to liberate us in 1944.

Opération Tanksintown  depuis plus de 23 ans nous organisons  les TANKSINTOWN chaque année la semaine la plus proche du 2 septembre ,

Opération un soldat un arbre 

Chaque arbre était distribué avec une fiche descriptive et une plaquette d'identification ( dog tag).

         Each tree was distributed with a descriptive sheet and an a identification plate (dog tag).

Opération une stèle pour Paul Faircloth 

En 2020 nous avons décidé de créer un stéle en l'honneur de Pol faircloth , sergeant de la 3ard 32 armored tué à MONS en essayant de sauver  ses camarades venus à son secours .

Nous avons pu localiser l'endroit exact où Pol avait été tué. Cette stéle n' est toujours pas érigée à l'endroit prévu suite à des "problèmes administratifs" .Nous cherchons une alternative

pour planter cette stèle qui rapelle son sacrifice.

In 2020 we decided to create a stele in honor of Pol faircloth, sergeant of the 3rd 32 armored killed in MONS while trying to save his comrades who came to his rescue. We were able to pinpoint the exact location where Pol had been killed. This stele is still not erected in the planned place due to "administrative problems". We are looking for an alternative to plant this stele which recalls his sacrifice.

Opération  sherman MMM

 Nous sommes également actif dans l'aide humanitaire . Plus de 250m3 de matériel médical, et vetements, on été rassemblés et   acheminés en Ukrraine .We are also active in humanitarian aid. More than 250m3 of medical equipment and clothing have been collected and sent to Ukraine.
